Richard Jordan plays American ex-con Pinky Green, who lands a job, through a series of mishaps by his bumbling parole office, at a prominent London bank. But when an old cohort of Pinky's, Ivan the Terrible (David Niven) realizes that Pinky is working at a bank, Ivan wants in on the action. Before he realizes what is happening, Pinky is getting pulled in to rob the bank with Ivan.
